Salon Policies:
The Nail Executive is happy to cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours of advance notice. Cancellation and rescheduling requests with fewer than 24 hours of advance notice will be charged 50% of the service. Cancellations within 12 hours and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service. Clients who no-show will be charged for 100% of the service, and will not be allowed to book again.
In the event of a client's late arrival, we may not be able to complete the full service treatment, and the client will be charged the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking.
The Nail Executive performs natural nail services only and does not offer nail extensions. We do not offer application or removal of acrylic or dip powder services.
A valid credit card is required to book an appointment, but will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment is due upon completion of service. Clients may see a $1 charge on their card. This charge is used for validation purposes, but will later be released (voided), usually within 7 days.
